What you build and manage in Build and Conquer
The official description lists the buildable infrastructure every player can lay down on the plot:
- Neighbourhoods, roads, farms, factories, water networks, and large cities.
The same description lists the resources every country must balance, even on a single map:
- Money, workers, population, happiness, power, research, production, and city expansion.
That pair of lists is the public scope of the game today.
Get the country running
Start on the empty plot, lay roads, then add the systems one at a time. Neighbourhoods and farms give you population and food, shops and factories turn raw resources into money and production, and power plants and water networks keep everything else powered. Large cities sit on top of those systems and combine them into a single running economy.
The game's own tagline says it directly: a strong economy wins wars, while a strong military protects what you built. That is why the economy layer always has to be live before the military layer is worth investing in.
Military layer added on top
After the economy is steady, the rest of the loop unlocks. Research opens up new vehicles and missiles. Tunnels let troops move toward the mainland, alliances group several nations together, and defense holds incoming attacks off your cities. Each new layer is built on top of the economy you already have.
The exact build order, production costs, missile or vehicle performance numbers, and alliance rules live entirely inside the Roblox client. Until those systems get a published walkthrough, treat the bullets below as the official feature list rather than a step-by-step.

About this guide and recent updates
Build and Conquer is a Roblox BETA city-builder and strategy game. This site collects the public feature list, the only confirmed Game Pass, and the missile systems the Game Pass unlocks.
More context
V1 of this guide covers the only Build and Conquer system with publicly listed details: the Eastern European Military Pack and its five missile production lines. Other systems such as research, alliances, defense, and tunnels are named in the official feature list but have no published walkthrough yet, so this site does not invent walkthroughs for them.
